Ingredients

Broccoli

2 pound(s), cut into 1-inch florets

Olive oil cooking spray

5 spray(s)

Table salt

½ tsp(s)

Fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp(s), or lime juice (or to taste)

Crushed red pepper flakes

tsp(s), or to taste (optional)

Soy sauce

1 tsp(s), or to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high or prepare medium-high fire. Trim broccoli and cut into 1-inch florets. Lightly spray broccoli with olive oil nonstick spray; sprinkle with salt. Place in grill basket or on grill rack, close the lid, and grill, turning occasionally, until crisp-tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Add squeeze of lemon or lime juice, sprinkle of red pepper flakes, or dash of soy sauce, if desired, and toss to coat.
  2. Serving size: 1 1/4 cups
