Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup(s)

Fresh lime juice

1½ tbsp(s)

Kosher salt

¼ tsp(s), or to taste

Black pepper

¼ tsp(s), or to taste

Cooked corn

4 ear(s), medium, on the cob, cleaned

Chili powder

¼ tsp(s), or to taste

Sea salt

1 tsp(s), flaked variety or to taste

Cilantro

3 tbsp(s), roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Mix together yogurt and lime juice in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred in spots and tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove corn from grill using tongs; brush yogurt mixture liberally over corn. Season with chili powder and sea salt; garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
