Icebox cakes are some of the very easiest to put together; some have as few as two ingredients. This one requires just seven, many of which you may already have on hand. Lots of great fruit and low-fat yogurt added to this recipe make it particularly tasty and low in calories while still keeping prep time to about 15 minutes. Just keep in mind that you have to let it chill at least 8 hours or up to a full day, so you can put it together well ahead of time.
Ingredients
Plain lowfat Greek yogurt
1 cup(s)
Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

Lite whipped topping

Reduced-fat graham crackers
