Not a fan of cottage cheese curds? Try blending it into a smooth, silky texture to use as the protein-packed base for dips, sauces, bowls, and desserts. The saltiness of blended cottage cheese makes it a fabulous ZeroPoint dupe for cream cheese in this dessert-like snack. And no, we didn’t forget the graham cracker crust! Feel free to swap out the strawberries for blueberries or raspberries.

Ingredients

Fat free cottage cheese

cup(s), blended

Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

2 tsp

Vanilla extract

¼ tsp

Strawberries

1 cup(s), sliced

Graham crackers

1 sheet(s), finely crushed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Top with half of the graham cracker crumbs. Add the strawberries and top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
