Ingredients

Cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup(s)

Chopped pecans

¼ cup(s)

Cajun seasoning

2 Tbsp

Fat free skim milk

¼ cup(s)

Egg whites

1 pound(s), 4 (4 oz) fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large, resealable plastic bag (or a large bowl with a lid), combine the oats, pecans, and seasoning; seal and shake well.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix the milk and egg white. Dip the fillets into the egg white mixture. Then place them in the bag with the topping mixture and shake until well coated (or toss in the bowl).
