Ingredients

Raw frog legs

1 pound(s)

1% low fat buttermilk

½ cup(s), divided

Paprika

1 Tbsp

Hot sauce

6 Tbsp, divided

Fresh lemon juice

2 tsp

Cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Plain low fat Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp

Mayonnaise

1½ Tbsp

Fresh parsley

1 Tbsp

Chives

1 Tbsp

Garlic powder

½ tsp

Instructions

  1. In a resealable gallon-size bag, toss the frog legs with paprika, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 2 tbsp hot sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Remove the frog legs from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Arrange frog legs in air fryer and coat frog legs with cooking spray. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 min., or until cooked through, turning over halfway.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, parsley, and chives.
  4. In a clean large bowl, toss the frog legs with the remaining 4 tbsp hot sauce. Serve with the herb ranch.
  5. Serving = 3 sets of frog legs and 1/4 cup ranch
