This basic salmon recipe can anchor a weeknight or a fancy dinner party. With only 4 ingredients, the rich buttery flavor of the salmon gets a hit of peppery heat from the steak seasoning and a fresh zing from the lemon zest. Try this 20-minute salmon over a bed of mixed greens for a quick dinner salad or plate it with some grilled asparagus and roasted herbed potatoes for a fine dinner party main. Leftovers are great in a breakfast frittata or a tossed into some quickly scrambled eggs with roasted bell peppers and onions.
