Light mayonnaise

4 tsp

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

4 tsp

Dill

2 tsp, chopped, plus more for garnish

Red onion

2 tsp, chopped, finely chopped

Lemon zest

2 tsp, divided

Light whole grain bread

2 slice(s), toasted

Sardines canned in water

4 oz, 1 can, well drained and dried

Pepperoncini

2 Tbsp, sliced

Radishes

2 medium, sliced

Fresh mixed greens

½ cup(s), for garnish

Lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, onion, and 1 tsp lemon zest. Spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices. Divide the sardines between the slices. Top the sardines with the pepperoncini, radishes, and remaining lemon zest. Garnish with the greens and more dill. Serve with the lemon wedges.
