Ingredients

Cooked farro

cup(s)

Canned cannellini beans

½ cup(s), rinsed and drained

Pesto sauce

2 tsp

Kosher salt

1 pinch(es)

Black pepper

1 pinch(es)

Roasted broccoli

1 cup(s)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine farro, beans, pesto, salt, and pepper. Top with broccoli.
  2. Serving size: 1 3⁄4 cups

This recipe uses a terrific time-saving product...precooked farro. Look for it in pouches near the pouched precooked rice or in the freezer case.
