If you’ve never heard of jammy eggs, now’s the time to try them. With perfectly set whites and still-soft, gooey yolks, they’ve become popular for a reason. Enjoy them as a snack, over ramen noodles, or on top of a salad.

Everything Seasoning

1 tsp, (search for the recipe in the WW app or on WW.com)

Instructions

  1. Fit a steamer basket inside a small saucepan. Add enough water to almost reach the bottom of the basket. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Prepare a small bowl of ice water.
  2. Add the eggs to the steamer basket. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook the eggs for 7½ minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the eggs to the ice water and let cool completely. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange the egg halves, cut-side up, on a plate. Sprinkle each egg half with ¼ tsp seasoning.
  3. Serving size: 2 egg halves
