These tasty kebabs couldn’t be simpler to make—no cooking necessary, just thread the ingredients onto skewers. With tomatoes, pepperoni, olives, basil, and bocconcini, they definitely have some Italian flair. You can assemble the skewers a few hours ahead and refrigerate until about an hour before serving; the flavors are at their best if the kebabs aren’t too cold.

Turkey pepperoni

Large canned ripe black olives

Pepperoncini

Fresh basil

8 leaf/leaves

Bocconcini mozzarella (mini size)

3 oz, about 8 balls

Instructions

  1. Onto each of 8 (8- to 10-inch) skewers, alternately thread 2 tomatoes, 2 pepperoni slices, 1 olive, 1 pepperoncini, 1 basil leaf, and 1 bocconcini.
