Perfect for grilling, enjoy the smoky, charred flavor of asparagus served with a tasty sauce. The Asian-spiced sesame sauce is delicious drizzled over grilled asparagus. It’s also super for stir-fries. Asparagus goes well with just about any meal. If the stalks are thicker, it may take them slightly longer to cook. Grill longer for more tender asparagus. Asparagus can fall through the grill grates so either cook them in a grill basket or perpendicular to the grate. Serve it with grilled chicken, steak or fish. Or it also goes well with dishes such as sandwiches and hamburgers.
