Combine the fresh flavors of mango, strawberries, mint and honey to make a delicious topping for Greek yogurt. For best results, you'll want to cut the fruit into even pieces. You want to be sure to continuously stir the fruit while the jam is cooking. You can make the jam ahead and store it in an airtight jar in the refrigerator. For quick weekday breakfasts, you can store the yogurt topped with the sauce in airtight jars in the refrigerator and grab them in the morning for a quick breakfast.
