Update your regular hamburger with this fresh Greek twist. These burgers are deliciously seasoned with oregano, onion, and garlic. They're topped with crumbled feta cheese and fresh baby spinach for even more flavor. Top with tomato slices, ketchup, or tzatziki. Swap lean ground chicken, turkey, or lamb for the beef. Serve these flavorful burgers with roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes.

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, mix beef, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper and gently form into 4 (3⁄4-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Off heat, coat grill rack or grill pan with nonstick spray. Preheat gas grill or grill pan to medium-high, or prepare medium-high fire in charcoal grill. Grill patties for 4 minutes. Turn patties over and continue to grill until cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes more.
  3. Build burgers with rolls, patties, spinach, and cheese.
  4. Serving size: 1 burger
