Forget Chinese takeout. This simple dish combines the delicious flavors of lean ground pork, earthy mushrooms, and crisp green cabbage. Scallions, celery, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger bring great Asian flavor and added texture to the dumplings. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, reduced-sodium soy sauce or chili oil. These dumplings can be made ahead or even frozen for a quick snack or weeknight supper.
