Then add an extra clove or two to this delicious, creamy dip. Cooking the garlic until golden before adding to the bean dip infuses the delicious garlicky flavor into this appetizer. The dip can be made ahead and refrigerated. Bring it to room temperature before serving. You could also use this dip as a spread for a vegetable sandwich.
