When your garden's in full bloom, whip up this fresh, flavorful sauce. Great as a vegetable dip, sandwich spread or condiment for grilled meat, chicken or fish. The sauce will keep up to 3 days, covered, in the refrigerator. Feel free to substitute any fresh herb for either the parsley or basil. And experiment with swapping spinach for the watercress for a milder flavor, or substitute arugula for a peppery bitter kick. The yogurt in the sauce makes it a good option for using as a dressing for salads of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, or as a topping to avocado toast.
