Ingredients

Hard boiled egg

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp

Dijon mustard

½ tsp

Fresh parsley

½ tsp, or chives, finely chopped

Table salt

1 pinch(es)

Celery

2 rib(s), small, cut into sticks

Instructions

  1. Mash together egg, yogurt, mustard, parsley, and salt in small bowl. Serve with celery.
