Cooking spray

Uncooked skinless boneless chicken breast

8 oz, (2 [4-oz] breasts)

Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Coat both sides of the chicken with cooking spray. Combine the salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper; sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  2. Preheat an air fryer, if necessary, to 375°F. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken in the basket. Air-fry at 375°F until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Serving size: 1 chicken breast

Notes

The seasoning is simple but delicious—and not so specific that it limits the possibilities of the chicken. For more robust flavor, go with smoked paprika, or lean on regular paprika for something subtler.
