This 5-ingredient, no-bake dessert couldn’t be any easier to make. It can serve as a dessert for a mid-week family meal or a pot-luck treat to take to an impromptu get-together with friends. With its prominent spiced-apple taste, you’ll be able to enjoy the flavors of fall anytime of the year. We’ve used cinnamon-flavored graham crackers but if you find yourself in a pinch and can’t find them you can use the regular variety instead. Just plan to stir some additional ground cinnamon into the apple sauce-yogurt mixture. We recommend using a chunky apple sauce because it gives the filling a nice texture. If you’d like the filling to be slightly less sweet use plain, nonfat Greek yogurt instead.

Ingredients

Graham crackers

27 piece(s), squares, cinnamon-flavored

Canned sweetened applesauce

2½ cup(s), chunky

Light artificially sweetened vanilla yogurt

6 oz

Light aerosol whipped cream

1 cup(s)

Ground cinnamon

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Line bottom of an 8-inch square pan with nine graham crackers.
  2. In a small bowl, combine applesauce and yogurt.
  3. Pour half of mixture onto graham crackers, layer with nine more crackers and repeat. Top with remaining nine squares.
  4. Spread whipped topping over top and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Chill 2 hours. Cut into 8 squares and serve.
