This hearty hot cereal is a great way to get you up and going and will keep you satisfied all morning long. It's a terrific make-ahead porridge that you can reheat in the microwave for breakfasts for the family practically an entire week. Add a little warmed nonfat milk to your cereal if you prefer, or go for an alternative nut, seed, or grain milk if you are dairy-free.
