Make this and cut it into small slices for a tantalizing game day appetizer, or enjoy it with a side salad for a meal that rivals what you'd get from the local pizza parlor. The celery and carrot sticks that are standards with the blue cheese dip that served with Buffalo chicken wings are used as a wonderful veggie base on this flatbread crust. Swap crumbled feta or goat cheese for the blue cheese and parsley for the cilantro if you'd like. Like it hot? Sprinkle with red chili flakes to up the spicy quotient.
