Thermos Soups 5 Ways!

Guys, this is soup-er easy.
Don't let hovering over a hot oven cause a stir! All you have to do is put your fave ingredients to a thermos, add hot broth, let it sit for 10 minutes (or until lunchtime) and eat! We've got some ideas below, plus a video tutorial. Check 'em out.
Miso Soup
- ¾ Miso broth
- ½ c cubed tofu
- ¼ c mushrooms
- ¼ c spinach
- 1 Tbsp scallions
Kale and White Bean Soup
- ¾ c veggie broth
- ½ c canned white beans
- ¼ c baby kale
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
Mexican Chicken Soup
- ¾ c fat-free chicken broth
- 2 oz shredded chicken
- ¼ c canned corn
- ¼ c canned black beans
- canned diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 Tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
Indian Lentil Soup
- ¾ c veggie broth
- ½ c cooked lentils
- pinch garam masala
- ¼ c chopped onions
- ¼ c canned diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro
Beef Barley Soup
- ¾ c beef broth
- ½ c cooked barley
- ¼ c cooked carrots
- ¼ c canned diced tomatoes
- ¼ c chopped celery
- 1½ Tbsp fried onions
