The Points® Program makes healthy eating easy by turning complex nutrition labels into one easy number—Points. But sometimes you want that extra info, especially if you have nutritional goals like getting more protein.

So, we’re giving you a new way to build healthier eating habits without having to do another thing: Now, when you track Points, your WeightWatchers app automatically calculates the macronutrients—the main nutrients your body needs.

Like to keep it simple? Don’t worry, macros are totally optional. And if you’re not interested in macros, that’s ok too. You can keep using Points in the same way you always have.
