Ready-made meringues add both crunch and sweetness to this easily assembled dessert.

Ingredients

Mango

200 g

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

400 g

Meringue Nests

36 g

Strawberries

250 g

Raspberries

150 g

Blueberries

75 g

Orange

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango using a swivel- headed peeler or a serrated knife. Cut the flesh away from the central stone and chop it into chunky pieces. Put in a bowl with the lime zest and juice.
  2. Slice the kiwis into half-moons and add to the mango. Cut the passionfruit in half and squeeze the seeds and pulp out. Mix all the fruit together.
  3. Layer the fruit and yogurt in 4 bowls or dessert glasses, crumbling in the meringues as you go.
  4. Serve straight away while the meringue pieces are still crunchy.
