Ingredients

Elderflower Cordial

40 ml

Low Alcohol Wine (6% Vol)

250 ml, Rosé

Soda Water

100 ml

Lemon

2 slice(s)

Instructions

  1. Fill 2 tumblers with ice. Divide the cordial and alcohol-free rosé between the tumblers and stir to combine.
  2. Top up each glass with 50ml soda water and serve garnished with lemon slices, a twist of orange peel and some rose petals, if you like.
