Chocolate and banana is always a delicious duo. Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up, or anytime you need a protein-boost.

Ingredients

Chocolate protein powder

30 g, unprepared

Skimmed Milk

170 ml

Banana

65 g

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and add 180ml cold water and 4 ice cubes. Blitz until thick and creamy.

Notes

If the smoothie separates in the fridge, give it a quick whirl in the blender. You can also freeze extras for an ice lolly!
