Brown sandwich thins

Za'atar seasoning

Peas, frozen, boiled

Mint, Fresh

Quark, fat free, plain

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Flatten the sandwich thin halves with a rolling pin. Cut into triangles, put on a baking tray and mist with the cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle over the za’atar and bake for 6-8 minutes until crisp. Meanwhile, blitz the peas with the mint, quark and yogurt. Serve with the toast triangles.

Notes

Za’atar is a middle eastern spice mix made with sesame seeds, cumin and marjoram. Find it in most major supermarkets.
