Ingredients

Potatoes, Raw

600 g, Desirée

Sweetcorn Relish

40 g, sweet tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thick chips then cook in a pan of boiling water for 15-20 minutes, until almost tender. Drain then transfer to the prepared tray and mist with cooking spray.
  3. Season then bake for 40 minutes. Serve with 10g tomato relish per serving.
