Impress family and friends with these easy apple-filled treats

Ingredients

Ready rolled light puff pastry sheet

175 g

Apple sauce

2 tablespoon(s)

Apple

2 medium, halved, cored and thinly sliced

Low Calorie Jam

4 teaspoon(s), level, apricot

Ground Cinnamon

½ teaspoon(s), level

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

170 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Unroll the pastry, cut into 4 equal rectangles and put on a large baking sheet.
  2. Spread the apple sauce over each rectangle, leaving a 1cm border. Arrange the apple on the pastry in overlapping slices then bake for 15 minutes, until puffed up and golden.
  3. Heat the jam in a small pan over a low heat until melted. Brush the baked tarts with the jam.
  4. Dust with the cinnamon and serve with the yogurt.
