Vodka

Lemon Juice, Fresh

Cointreau Orange Liqueur

30 ml

Reduced Sugar Marmalade

2 teaspoon(s), heaped, fine cut

Orange

¼ zest(s) of 1, pared

Instructions

Put the vodka, lemon juice, Cointreau and 2 tsp reduced-sugar fine-cut marmalade in a cocktail shaker, stir to combine, then shake with ice.
Strain into 2 martini glasses and serve garnished with a twist of orange peel.
