Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

150 g

Mango

75 g

Honey

1 teaspoon(s), level

Cardamom, ground

¼ teaspoon(s), level

Lime Juice, Fresh

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt, mango, honey and a pinch of ground cardamom in a blender, along with 5 ice cubes. Whizz until smooth, then add a squeeze of lime juice and serve.
