Instructions

Mist a small, nonstick pan with cooking spray and set over a medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon water, then crack in the egg, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the white is set and the yolk soft.
Meanwhile heat the grill to medium and toast the bread. Spread with the mustard and top with the ham and cheese.
Grill for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Top with the fried egg, season to taste and serve.
