Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, the yogurt, garlic, zest and juice of 1 lemon. Season to taste, then stir in 2 tablespoons each of chopped fresh mint and fresh coriander. Spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle over ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil and serve with mixed vegetable crudités on the side – we used sliced cucumber and yellow peppers.
