Ingredients

Roasted red peppers in brine, drained

200 g, drained weight

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

50 g

Harissa paste

1 teaspoon(s)

Garlic

¼ clove(s)

Paprika

¼ teaspoon(s), level

Ground Cumin

¼ teaspoon(s), level

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Drain the roasted red peppers, put into a mini food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt, harissa paste, garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin and the juice of 1⁄2 lemon, then blitz until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, season to taste and serve with a mixture of zero hero vegetable crudités.
