It takes only five minutes to pull together this ultimate breakfast bowl. It combines protein-rich creamy yogurt with fibre-filled berries, crunchy granola and almonds and a little chocolate for extra richness.

Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

1 pot(s), small

Raspberries

60 g

Strawberries

70 g

Low sugar granola

15 g

Toasted flaked almonds

6 g

Milk chocolate chips

¼ portion(s)

Instructions

  1. Spread the yogurt in the bottom of a shallow bowl. Top with the berries, granola, almonds and sprinkle over the chocolate chips.

Notes

Feel free to use different berries, such as blueberries or blackberries, if that’s what you have on hand.
