Make the most of blackberries in season, just ditch the traditional crumble and enjoy this lighter version with still the right amount of crunch!

Ingredients

Blackberries

100 g

Ground Cinnamon

teaspoon(s), level

Low fat digestive biscuit

2 biscuit(s)

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

150 g

Mint, Fresh

2 sprig(s), to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the blackberries, sweetener and cinnamon in a small pan with 2 tbsp water. Cover and gently heat for 2-3 minutes or until the juices begin to run. Roughly crush with a fork.
  2. Crush the biscuits to make chunky crumbs.
  3. Place the yogurt in a small bowl, then drizzle over the blackberries and crumbled biscuits.
