Here’s a fun new way to enjoy apples. We cut them into French fry–shaped batons, coat them with a combo of cornflour and cinnamon, and bake them so that the coating gets lightly crisp and the apples are crisp-tender. A light dusting of sugar finishes the fries, which we serve with a caramel-flavoured yogurt dip for dunking.
