Ingredients

Hazelnuts

15 g, ground, roasted

Dates, dried

15 individual

Cocoa Powder

1½ tablespoon(s), level

Chocolate Nut Spread

65 g

Salt

½ teaspoon(s)

Maple Syrup

1½ tablespoon(s)

Desiccated Coconut

2½ tablespoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Blitz the ground hazelnuts, dates, cocoa powder, nutella, salt and maple syrup in a food processor until the mixture forms a thick paste
  2. Place the dessicated coconut on a plate. Roll a tablespoon of the paste into a ball. Repeat to make 25 balls. Roll balls in coconut to coat and place on a plate. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
