Start off the festivities with this variation of prawns. Chopped into this creamy dip they will taste simply spectacular!

Ingredients

Extra light sour cream

cup(s), (80g)

Light whole egg mayonnaise

cup(s), (100g)

Tomato sauce (ketchup)

2 tbs

Worcestershire sauce

1½ tbs

Tabasco sauce

½ tsp, or more, to taste

Lemon juice

1 tbs

Cooked peeled prawns

100 g, King variety, deveined, thinly sliced

Fresh chives

1 tbs, finely chopped

Pickled gherkin, drained

1 individual, (1 tbs), finely chopped

Fresh chives

2 tsp, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk Sour Cream, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, to taste, and lemon juice in a medium bowl until smooth and combined.
  2. Stir in prawns and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for 1 hour before serving, if time permits. Serve sprinkled with gherkins and extra chives.
