This traditional Italian dish relies on Swiss chard, a delicious, leafy green that also comes in a red variety. Here, we paired it with raisins and nuts for fabulous salty-sweet flavour. It might seem like an odd pairing (if you're not Italian), but the sweetness of the raisins balances out the bitterness of the chard. Plus, it's always fun to have a little surprise burst of flavour when you find a raisin in there! If you're weary of the Swiss chard or just aren't crazy about it, feel free to swap in a different leafy green like kale or escarole into the dish instead.
