WW White Bread

2 slice(s), toasted

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Hot sauce

Fresh lemon juice

Bread and butter pickles

1 tbsp(s), finely chopped

Fresh dill

2 tsp(s), finely chopped

Dijon mustard

Black pepper

Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast

3 oz, shredded

Celery

¼ cup(s), diced

Butterhead lettuce

Instructions

  1. Stir together yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, pickles, dill, mustard, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with chicken and celery until well combined.
  2. Assemble spicy chicken salad with lettuce between toasted slices of bread.
  3. Serving size: 1 sandwich
