Loaded with lots of veggies, this yummy chicken wrap is easy to assemble for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

WW 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla

1 tortilla(s)

Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast

3 oz, diced

Canned black beans

¼ cup(s), drained and rinsed

Cooked corn kernels

¼ cup(s)

Bell pepper

¼ cup(s), diced

Fat free salsa

2 tbsp(s)

Lettuce

½ cup(s), chopped, shredded

Instructions

  1. Toss together chicken, black beans, corn, red pepper and salsa.
  2. Spoon mixture down along centre of each tortilla, leaving a small border on either end. Top with lettuce. Fold up bottom of tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
  3. Serving size: 1 wrap
