These thin, crispy waffles have a wonderful pumpkin-spice essence. They can be made in just half an hour and feature ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, dark brown sugar, canned pumpkin, and buttermilk for lots of spice and depth of flavour. All you have to do is mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together, no electric mixer needed, then simply spoon the batter onto a hot waffle iron. They'll only take about 5 minutes to cook. You'll find yourself making these all fall as the leaves change colour, so if you don't happen to have a waffle iron, now is the perfect time to invest in one.
