Ingredients

Strawberries

1¼ cup(s), raw, diced, divided

Mango

1¼ cup(s), fresh or frozen, diced, divided

Honey

1 tsp(s)

Fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp(s), for garnish

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

4 cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 c strawberries, 1 c mango and honey in a small saucepan; set over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until juices are released and mixture is saucy, 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool.
  2. Stir in remaining 1/4 c strawberries and 1/4 c mango; serve garnished with mint.
  3. Serve sauce over yogourt.
  4. Serving size: 1 c yogourt with 1/2 c sauce
