Instructions

  1. Set a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together the eggnog, eggs cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Spray the pan with cooking spray. Dip each slice of bread into the batter and then cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, until deep golden brown.
  4. Serve with your favorite toppings.
