Ingredients

Sugar

Fresh lemon juice

½ cup(s)

Fresh orange juice

¼ cup(s)

Uncooked egg yolks

Salted butter

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepot combine the sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, egg yolks, and salt.
  2. Set over medium heat and whisk constantly until thickened, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until melted. Strain and chill, in the refrigerator, covered, for one hour.
  4. Serve with assorted fruit.
