Ingredients

Canola oil

1½ tsp

Marmalade

1 tbsp(s), orange

Fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp

Unsweetened orange juice

3 tbsp(s)

Red onion

½ cup(s), sliced, thinly sliced

Cooked green cabbage

1 cup(s), shredded, shredded

Red cabbage

1 cup(s), shredded

Tangerine

2 large, large, pitted, peeled and separated into segments

Black pepper

¼ tsp

Table salt

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbages, tangerines and onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together orange and lemon juices and marmalade. Stir in oil, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage salad and toss well. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
