The air fryer does a superb job of crisping up these egg rolls, making them even crunchier than what you’d get from your favourite takeout restaurant. The filling relies on store-bought coleslaw mix (made from shredded cabbage and carrots) to save you some prep time. A hint of ground white pepper adds an earthy flavour that’s characteristic of classic egg rolls; if you don’t have any, you can sub black pepper. If you have any leftovers, reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes.
