No flour? No problem. All you need is a few kitchen staples to make these irresistibly soft and chewy biscuits

Ingredients

Peanut butter

1 cup(s)

Sugar

½ cup(s)

Egg

1 medium

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar and egg until well combined. Place the bowl in the fridge and allow to chill for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Roll the dough into 25 balls and place onto the baking trays. Use a fork to lightly flatten them, first in one direction and then the other, to create a crisscross pattern on top of each one.
  3. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and firm. Transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool before eating.

Notes

You can freeze the cookies in an airtight container or bag for up to 3 months
